We believe that starting your day off with a good cup of coffee is not just habitual, but a ritual. To be intentional about your morning routine, food choices, and surroundings is how happier individuals and happier communities are built- and it’s also how they thrive. We aim to bring the NH Seacoast closer together by offering stellar specialty coffee and the best local food options all while supporting small NH businesses in the process. We strive to provide a cool, unique, playful, and fun environment while you catch up with friends at the beach or quickly grab a cup o’ joe to (flamin)go. We’ll try to limit the flamingo puns along the way, but no flocking promises.

FLAMINGOS FOUNDER
Meet MacKenzie
MacKenzie Logan is the founder and owner of Flamingos Coffee Bar. A New Hampshire native, UNH graduate, and longtime seacoast resident, at 28 years old she has extensive experience in the hospitality industry, marketing, and other miscellaneous entrepreneurial endeavors. Before Flamingos existed, she was working on the marketing team of a financial firm selling sustainable mutual funds. MacKenzie has always been an avid environmentalist, and practicing sustainability is something she is extremely passionate about and is excited to be incorporating at Flamingos. An avid coffee drinker, donut enthusiast, rosé connoisseur, and proud celiac- MacKenzie makes sure the Flamingos menu has only the best to offer for every person who visits, including those with any and all dietary restrictions and/or preferences. But most importantly, she knows how to party like a flock star.
