SOCIAL MEDIA content creator

Flamingos Coffee Bar is on the hunt for a creative, coffee-loving, social-media-obsessed Content Creator to help us grow our brand on Instagram, Facebook and TikTok- and have a lot of fun doing it! This position is part time, 10-15 hours per week.

You’ll be on camera, in the cafés, and creating content side-by-side with our founder, bringing the Flamingos vibe to life online.

If you love coffee, branding, storytelling, and being part of something exciting, this role was made for you.

What You’ll Do

• Film and star in short-form content for Instagram Reels & TikTok

• Brainstorm trends, content ideas, and campaign concepts

• Edit videos for social media

• Help shape Flamingos’ online voice, look, and energy

• Assist with posting, engagement, and content scheduling

• Capture real café moments, events, drinks, and community

Who You Are

• Experienced in professional branding/social media (at least 2 years)

• Comfortable on camera and love creating content

• Obsessed with social media, branding, and storytelling

• Creative, dependable, and motivated

• Passionate about coffee, lifestyle brands, and community

• A little obsessed with Flamingos already (or about to be)
