BARISTA JOB DESCRIPTION:

At Flamingos, we’re all about specialty coffee, mouthwatering food, cool vibes, sustainability, and supporting local businesses. We’re on the hunt for enthusiastic and energetic weekday and weekend baristas to help us deliver a fun and memorable coffee experience to our awesome customers. Whether you're a seasoned pro or just starting your barista journey, if you love coffee and a good time, we want YOU!

We’re offering both full-time and part-time positions. Experience for this role is required. You’ll love our competitive pay coupled with awesome tips.

We’re open 7 days a week, from 7 AM to 3 PM, so you’ll have your nights free! Shifts will include both morning openings and afternoon closings, leaving your evenings wide open! Weekend availability is required for this position.

As a barista at Flamingos, you’ll:

  • Craft delicious specialty coffee on our espresso machines

  • Take orders, run the POS system, and serve up tasty breakfast & lunch sandwiches

  • Stay on your toes with busy shifts that keep things exciting

  • Be part of a high-energy team that thrives on great vibes and great service

  • Provide outstanding customer service with a smile, of course!

  • Make $22-$27/hr with tips. Hourly rates starting at $12-$14/hr (plus tips).

PREP & DELIVERY TEAM MEMBER (Part-Time) JOB DESCRIPTION:

At Flamingos, we’re all about specialty coffee, mouthwatering food, cool vibes, sustainability, and supporting local businesses. We’re looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Prep & Delivery Team Member to help keep our cafés stocked and running smoothly behind the scenes.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys staying active, working independently, and being part of a team that makes great coffee experiences possible. You’ll help prepare food items, package supplies, and deliver products between locations so our teams have everything they need for a successful day.

This is a part-time position starting in May/June with approximately 12–15 hours per week. Must be 18+.

Pay starts at $17–$20/hour.

As a Prep & Delivery Team Member at Flamingos, you’ll:

  • Prep food items and ingredients for daily café operations

  • Package and organize supplies for delivery to our shop locations

  • Transport food and supplies between locations (Exeter and Hampton)

  • Assist with basic kitchen prep and organization

  • Help maintain clean prep areas and follow food safety guidelines

  • Support the team behind the scenes so our baristas can focus on customers

You’ll be a great fit if you:

  • Are reliable, organized, and able to work independently

  • Enjoy hands-on work and staying active throughout your shift

  • Have strong attention to detail and take pride in doing things right

  • Are comfortable driving between locations

  • Can lift and carry boxes or supplies as needed

  • PREP & DELIVERY PERSON- a part time position starting in May/June with ~12-15 hrs/week. Pay starts at $17-$20hr.
